- Valid on projects of $3,500 or more
- On-site evaluation is required prior to estimate issuance
- Final scope and eligibility are determined during the on-site evaluation
- Promotion must be mentioned at the time of estimate to be applied
- To qualify, project must be approved with a signed contract and 10% deposit by June 30, 2026
- Project must be scheduled for completion during the 2026 season
- Power washing is included only for areas being coated or restored
- Power washing is part of standard project preparation and not available as a standalone service under this promotion
- Promotion cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previously contracted work
- Additional services outside the project scope will be quoted separately
- Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions
